Daily Ride

Daily Rides are daily challenges called Quests. The task and the prize to be won change each day. Each Quest lasts for one day and can be completed again on any day it is available.

While logged in, open the Quests area and join by clicking Activate. The specific conditions of each Quest appear in its description. Players earn progress only after confirming their participation, and spins from purchased bonus games are not counted. Multiple Quests can be activated at the same time.

To take part you need a verified player account, no self-exclusion or gambling break that ended less than 3 days ago, and an account opened at least 3 working days earlier. Once a Quest is complete, click the Claim button so the prize can be credited. Rewards can be a casino Boost, Money Maker access, or withdrawable cash added directly to your balance.

Spin Up

Each week, 100 players take home a share of the £3,000 pool. Minimum bet is £0.20 per spin. We rank players by the highest multiplier they achieve on a single spin, from the top down, and on a tie the player who reached the score first will rank higher.

Register on the dedicated tournament page, then play the participating games to climb the leaderboard. Only bets from your real-money balance are eligible, and the Bet feature offered after a winning spin is not taken into account for the multiplier. Winnings land in your account after the promotion ends.

Rules shared by Daily Ride and Spin Up

For both offers, all affected spins are cancelled in the event of disconnection or general technical issues and may not count. We may disqualify anyone we suspect of abusing the promotion. Our general conditions apply at all times, and we can withdraw either offer at any time.

Money Maker

Money Maker opens only during selected periods. The bet is fixed at £0.10, and you need enough balance available in your account to take a spin.

Line up one Money Maker symbol for 10x your bet, two for 20x and three for 50x. Each spin can win you up to £5.

Casino Boosts

Boosts aren't always available. When one reaches your account, you receive a message to tell you, and it waits in Extras.

A Boost raises either your highest win or your total winnings from selected games during the valid period, and at activation it shows whether it covers all your winnings or only the highest one. Every Boost has its own validity period and a specific time during which it can be activated. Once active, it runs for a set time or a given number of spins.

Each Boost comes with a special selection of games, and you can choose several games from that list. Use the Claim button to collect your Boost winnings.

You don't need minimum winnings or a minimum stake to receive a Boost. Only stakes made with real money count, and unused Boosts are not eligible for compensation.

The maximum amount can vary from one Boost to the next. A £20 maximum is one example, not a fixed cap.

Who can open an account

To create an account and play, you need legal capacity and a minimum age of 21, and you must pass identification and authentication. If you live outside Belgium, it is up to you to check whether your country's law lets you register and play with us.

Passport registration

If you are not a Belgian national and register with a passport, your losses are automatically capped at £2,000 per month, even after an approved deposit-limit increase, until your account is formally authenticated.

Personal payment details

Fund your account only with your own personal payment methods or a personal bank account at a regulated financial institution or authorised dealer. You cannot allow a third party to make deposits or withdrawals through your account.

Validation and processing

We may ask for the information or documents needed to validate cash deposits and withdrawals. Once that is done, card and other-method deposits are processed immediately, except when a technical problem occurs.

Transaction limits

Deposit limits per transaction are £10 minimum, £5 through Neosurf and £25,000 maximum.

Charges and account use

We take no commission or charges on deposits or withdrawals, whatever payment method you use, although your bank or payment service provider may seek costs from you.

We may suspend an account that is used for anything other than play, for example successive deposits and withdrawals without wagering, or after a breach of our conditions.

Processing

Subject to compliance with all our conditions and with a sufficient positive balance, we process a winnings withdrawal as soon as you request it. Bank transfers still follow standard bank processing lead times.

Authentication and checks

A credit transfer can go out only once your player account has been authenticated by us. We pay out when you owe us nothing and after we check the proper conduct of the game, making sure no cheating, breach, fraud, or software or human error caused an unjustified win or loss.

By bank transfer, you can withdraw from £10 to £25,000.

Which deposit limit applies

Every account has a default deposit limit, and you can add personal deposit limits. The more restrictive of the two limits always applies.

Default weekly limit

A weekly deposit limit by default stops deposits above £200. Lifting it needs the authorization of the Belgian Gaming Commission. Send the request from your Account settings or the Deposits page, and we immediately notify the Belgian Gaming Commission digitally.

Within 72 hours of receiving the request, the Gaming Commission reports whether removal can be approved, after checking the Belgian Central Individual Credit Register. Approval is refused when the player is listed in default of payment, and if such a listing arrives after an increase has been applied, we may be legally required to cancel the increase.

Personal limits

You can set more restrictive personal deposit limits at any time, across all our games. If the default limit is removed and you set no personal limit, a £2,000 weekly limit will be imposed.

Personal limits can run for 24 hours, 7 days or 1 month and are set in account settings. A lower limit takes immediate effect, while a higher one becomes usable only after a 72-hour period. You can later lower your personal limit again or reactivate the default deposit limit in account settings.

Breaks and exclusions

Take a break of one day, 7 days or one month, or choose a 6-month self-exclusion. Players who have paused their access to games can use only the withdrawal features, and only with an authenticated account. A self-excluded player cannot reach the account or any of its features for the duration of this exclusion. You can also request an access ban from the Belgian Gaming Commission at any time.

Can you ask me for more documents after I sign up?

Yes. During authentication or later, we can ask for extra details, such as a photo with your identity card, a copy of the payment card you use, proof of the origin of your funds, proof of address, proof of income, a tax form or a bank statement. We may also arrange a phone or video call.

What happens if I don't answer a request for documents?

If our requests for additional information stay unanswered or unsatisfactory for three months, we may suspend your account, and you will no longer count as authenticated.
