Terms and Conditions

Who we are

Carousel Casino is run by PAC-MAN NV, a Belgian limited company with its head office at Gistelsteenweg 519, 8490 Jabbeke, Belgium, business number CBE 0459.000.733. Our online casino games are licensed by the Belgian Gaming Commission under licence B+4248.

Opening an account

You need a personal player account to play with us, and each person may hold only one. Accounts are open to adults with legal capacity who are at least 21 years old and who complete identification and authentication. An account cannot be passed on to anyone else or used by another person.

If you live outside Belgium, please check first that the law where you live allows you to sign up and play with us.

Checks we carry out

We confirm who you are before you can play and before any money leaves your account. You can authenticate with itsme or by sending photos of your identity document. We may also ask for further documents, such as proof of address, proof of where your money comes from or a copy of the payment card you used. An account that is not authenticated within three months of opening can be suspended.

If you are not a Belgian national and you register with a passport, your losses are capped at £2,000 per month until we have formally authenticated your account.

Deposits and withdrawals

Your player account is only for taking part in our games, not for storing money. Deposits must come from your own payment method or bank account. We do not charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals, whatever method you use, although your bank or payment provider may apply its own costs.

We process a withdrawal as soon as you ask for it, provided your account is authenticated and has enough balance. Bank processing times still apply.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by registered letter or by email. If you close it for good, we transfer your balance to your bank account on request. You can also ask the Belgian Gaming Commission for an access ban whenever you wish.

An account you have not logged in to for 24 months in a row is closed by us, usually without advance notice.

Complaints

Send a complaint about a game or a payout through the Help section of the site or by email within 14 days of what happened. You can also contact the Belgian Gaming Commission at [email protected] or by post, giving at least your first name, surname and date of birth.

The law that applies

These terms follow Belgian law. If a disagreement cannot be settled in good faith within 14 days, the courts of the judicial district of Liège decide.
